Before you start

Straight answers on trial, Magic Assist, billing, and your data.

What's included in the free trial?
A 3-day free trial with lead scraping (up to 1,000 profiles), CRM, and Dispatch. You can send up to 3 DMs per day. Messages (the unified inbox) is not included on trial. A card is required at signup; you are not charged until the trial ends ($79/mo Pro unless you cancel or upgrade to Scale).
How does the AI sound like me?
Scan your synced conversations on the dashboard. urdms learns how you write to leads, then drafts Magic Assist replies in that style. You always review before anything sends.
Will Instagram ban my account?
We pace sends to look human and give you daily limits you control. Follow Instagram's rules, keep messages personal, and don't blast spam. No tool can promise zero risk, but careful sending is the point.
Can I connect more than one Instagram account?
Yes on Scale. Pro includes one account. Extra seats are available on Scale when you need more senders.
Can I use custom proxies?
Yes. Pro and Scale both support custom proxies when you connect Instagram, so you can route traffic through your own host, port, and credentials.
Can urdms read my personal messages?
Only chats with people in your CRM show up in Messages. Personal chats with friends or anyone not in your CRM are not saved in urdms.
What's the client guarantee?
On Scale (after the free trial), if you don't get at least one paying client within 30 days of starting real use on that plan, you can request a refund of your most recent payment. The 30 days starts when you first collect leads or send a Dispatch message, not when you only subscribe and wait. See Terms for full eligibility.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage billing in Settings, cancel through the customer portal, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Is my data safe?
Your campaigns, leads, and writing style data are yours. We don't sell them. Export or delete anytime.
