1. About urdms
urdms is an Instagram lead scraping and outreach automation platform operated by Lachlan Wainwright, an Australian sole trader (ABN 76 496 190 334), based in Queensland, Australia ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using urdms, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use urdms. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Your Account
You may create an account and start a free trial without a credit card. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must not share your account with any third party.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us through the website contact form immediately.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use urdms only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or communications that violate applicable law
- Use the platform in any way that violates Instagram's Terms of Use or Community Guidelines
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the urdms platform
- Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm any individual
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent content
5. Instagram Session Credentials
urdms allows you to connect your Instagram account by providing your session ID. By doing so, you acknowledge that automated DM outreach may violate Instagram's Terms of Use and may result in your account being restricted or banned. urdms is not responsible for any consequences to your Instagram account.
6. Scraping and Data
urdms scrapes publicly available Instagram profile data to identify potential leads. You agree that you will use this data only for lawful outreach purposes and in compliance with all applicable privacy laws, including the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
7. Fees and Billing
New accounts receive a free trial (currently 3 days) without requiring a credit card. After the trial, you may subscribe to a paid plan to continue using paid features. You may upgrade before the trial ends if you choose.
urdms may charge fees for access to the platform. Current pricing and plan details are shown on our website and in the app before you are charged. Paid plan prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Manage subscription & billing (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless we state otherwise at checkout.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us through the website if you believe you were charged in error. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
urdms is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of urdms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to urdms at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
