What's included in the free trial?
A 3-day free trial with lead scraping (up to 1,000 profiles), CRM, and Dispatch. You can send up to 3 DMs per day. Messages (the unified inbox) is not included on trial. A card is required at signup; you are not charged until the trial ends.
Can urdms read my personal messages?
Only chats with people in your CRM show up in Messages. Personal chats with friends or anyone not in your CRM are not saved in urdms.
Can I use custom proxies?
Yes. Pro and Scale both support custom proxies when you connect Instagram.
Is my data safe?
Your campaigns, leads, and writing style data are yours. We don't sell them. Export or delete anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from Settings. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged.
What's the price after the free trial ends?
After the trial you start on Pro at $79/mo, unless you cancel first. You can upgrade to Scale anytime.
